I scheduled and followed up with approximately 25–75 patients each week, handled multi-line inbound calls within a 3–4 ring standard, and tracked no-shows to help protect provider schedule utilization. I also compiled AdvancedMD billing reports in Excel within the practice's 24–36 hour turnaround target.

Previously, at Aga Khan University Hospital's Radiology Department, I booked procedures, guided patients on preparation requirements, coordinated daily worklists with clinical teams, and followed up with insurers and NHIF on pre-authorizations.
