I’m a HIPAA-certified Medical Administrative Virtual Assistant with 2+ years of direct patient scheduling and EMR management experience, built through my work at Penda Medical Center in Kenya. I use Easy Clinic as my primary EMR daily, and I’ve also gained hands-on exposure to OpenEMR patient record workflows.

I’m the kind of administrator who keeps operations calm and accurate: I schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments across multiple providers, coordinating provider calendars to avoid conflicts. I run appointment reminder systems and manage inbound/outbound patient calls with clear, professional English and a neutral, confident phone presence.
