I oversee legal operations, staff management, and financial and operational reporting. I’ve also introduced legal practice management software and developed dashboards and reporting tools to support KPI tracking and strategic planning.
At Don Smallgoods, I provided strategic support to the CEO and worked with senior leaders on business operations and decision-making. I also coordinated executive priorities, communications, and leadership events.
At Coles Supermarkets, I supported a Director/General Manager and later coordinated in-store demonstrations and events. I implemented a new demonstration system and established standards and an accreditation system for quality control.
