What I'm looking for

I seek a people-focused HR role where I can lead HR operations, improve employee experience, drive engagement, and support strategic people initiatives.

I am a human resources professional with progressive experience from HR Officer to HR Team Leader, focused on building people-first programs and improving the employee experience. I have worked across startups and established organizations managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance support.

In my current role as HR Team Leader, I lead the HR team, oversee disciplinary procedures, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic HR planning. Previously I improved onboarding workflows, led employee engagement initiatives, and managed end-to-end HR functions across sister companies.

I bring strong attention to detail, clear and empathetic communication, and a commitment to fostering meaningful workplace culture through training, retention strategies, and process improvement. I hold a BA in Psychology and am pursuing a Masters in Human Resource Management.
