What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Customer Support, Customer Success, or Sales role serving EU or Ukraine markets, where I can resolve customer issues, build client relationships, support retention, and contribute to business growth.

At Elite Compliance Solutions, I support trucking companies and owner-operators with DOT compliance, FMCSA registrations, permits, and testing programs while converting leads through quotations and sales conversations.

I've managed end-to-end client communication at Rhodamus Consultancy and OPay, handling orders, shipments, transactions, complaints, escalations, and follow-ups through CRM workflows. I work closely with logistics, procurement, technical, fraud prevention, and operations teams to keep customers informed and issues moving toward resolution.
