I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run revenue operations and order-to-cash end-to-end—strengthening governance, recovering leakage, reducing DSO, and building scalable billing and forecasting with audit-ready controls.

I’m a revenue operations and order-to-cash leader with 20+ years of experience driving revenue accuracy, cash flow, and operational discipline in complex, high-volume environments. I’m known for recovering revenue leakage, reducing DSO, and building scalable billing, forecasting, and reporting frameworks that enable predictable growth. I partner closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and IT to enforce controls, improve data integrity, and ensure revenue-impacting processes are accurate, auditable, and scalable.

In recent roles at Campos EPC, I owned revenue-impacting billing and accounting processes, recovering $4.5M+ in unbilled revenue by identifying leakage, correcting invoices, enforcing contract compliance, and redesigning billing workflows. I strengthened revenue governance by aligning contracts and billing practices with Finance and Legal, then established SOPs, escalation protocols, and reporting cadence that reduced exceptions and improved audit readiness. Previously, at Campos EPC, I reduced DSO from 120+ days to under 35 days through standardized billing processes and performance tracking, and I led cross-functional efforts to resolve revenue, compliance, and control gaps across Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, and Information Security.
