What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging role where I can use my diverse skills in management and HR.

I’m a District Manager with over 20 progressive years of employment with Domino’s Pizza, responsible for business operations and HR processes for eight franchise locations. When I was promoted, my focus shifted to each employee—maintaining high morale, keeping teams cohesive, and ensuring employees felt heard and important while driving optimal customer satisfaction.

I later brought that same leadership to my work as a Freelance/Independent Contractor AI Operations Analyst, refining Large Language Model performance through RLHF and strengthening safety and alignment testing by detecting jailbreak attempts, PII leaks, and harmful content. Now, while continuing my education in Business Administration and HR, I’m eager to apply my HR, people leadership, and evaluation expertise to a challenging role.
