I'm looking for a role where I can improve operations, train and support teams, solve customer challenges, and contribute to efficient, high-quality service delivery.

I've led daily operations, growth initiatives, and guest experiences for Villa Grove Trade, a hospitality, restaurant, and retail property.

I managed budgets, P&L reporting, payroll, tax compliance, vendor contracts, inventory forecasting, and food safety while leading teams of up to 16 employees. I also grew online reservations by 75% through social media and built local partnerships to increase catering sales.

At Outlier AI, I evaluated AI-generated voice and text for accuracy, fluency, tone, safety, and guideline compliance. I annotated audio and text datasets, documented edge cases and hallucinations, and created prompts to test voice-synthesis boundaries.
