At Medical Sales College, I built the HR department from scratch and lead people operations across 12 states. I partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent management, compliance, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and organizational development.

I’ve implemented core policies including an Employee Handbook, Harassment and Discrimination policies, an Instructor Code of Conduct, and updated job descriptions. I also oversee performance reviews, Gallup employee engagement programs, workforce analytics, and compliance operations.

Previously, at Happy Chicken Farms & Merry Milk Maid, I created the HR department from the ground up and introduced development and training programs focused on reducing turnover. I led compensation, benefits, leave administration, talent acquisition, training, performance management, HRIS reporting, and a standardized Driver Training Program.

My leadership foundation includes 13 years with California Pizza Kitchen, where I directed multiple high-volume locations, developed career paths for more than 150 managers, and maintained World Class Training Center designation for six consecutive years.
