I’m looking for a role where I support busy executives with proactive scheduling, travel and event coordination, and precise administration—while using my reliable communication and problem-solving to improve day-to-day operations.

I’m a proactive Personal Assistant and administrative professional based in Nairobi, Kenya. I help executives and teams run smoothly by managing calendars, appointments, emails, calls, and daily schedules with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Across my roles, I’ve owned workflow organisation end-to-end—organising meetings (agendas and minutes), booking travel arrangements (flights and accommodation), coordinating events and engagements, and managing documents and records. I’m reliable at multitasking, prioritising effectively, and solving day-to-day problems to keep operations seamless.

In Dubai, I expanded beyond standard executive support by assisting the Managing Partner with operational and administrative duties, assigning tasks, managing staff schedules, and coordinating team activities. I also developed training material and conducted staff training, and I collected and analysed client feedback to improve service delivery.

I bring a service-focused mindset from hospitality and customer-facing experience—handling guest reservations and check-in/out processes, responding to inquiries and complaints professionally, and ensuring accurate records and smooth guest experiences.
