I’m a Dental Virtual Assistant focused on U.S. dental insurance workflows—dental billing, claims posting, and payment reconciliation. I help keep patient accounts accurate by reviewing EOBs/ERAs, posting transactions correctly, and following up until claims are resolved.
I’m familiar with Open Dental and support end-to-end billing operations: posting insurance and patient payments, monitoring outstanding and aging claims, and managing denials. I also work with insurance portals and claim tools such as Availity, Vyne, and DentalXchange to check claim status, appeals, and missing documentation.
In my billing roles, I reviewed EOBs and resolved denied or outstanding claims in a timely manner. I posted and reconciled insurance payments accurately, handled prior authorization work, and communicated with insurance companies to obtain the documentation needed for corrections and resubmissions.
