My journey began with Oman Air, where I worked on various aircraft types, including the B737, B787, and Airbus 320. My primary focus was on ensuring safety and security on board while delivering outstanding service to passengers. I pride myself on my ability to solve problems professionally and communicate effectively with both passengers and cockpit crew.

Prior to my role at Oman Air, I gained valuable experience with Nesma Airlines in Saudi Arabia, where I was responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers on domestic flights. My responsibilities included greeting passengers, checking tickets, and assisting them from the door to their seats. Currently, I serve as a Guest Relation Supervisor at Helnan Hotels, where I ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and care during their stay.
