I track budgets and forecasts, manage project risks, and work with customers and account teams on scope and delivery.
I built an AI agent that generates project plans and a handover agent, then took both through governance into production use. I also wrote the delivery methodology, playbooks, and governance the team follows.
Previously, I managed enterprise software implementations at Presspage and delivered projects for Omnia Retail on a dynamic pricing platform. At Presspage, I rebuilt the implementation methodology and project controls, cutting average time-to-value to 60 days across top accounts.
