What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles leading transformation and Operational Excellence where I can drive measurable cost savings, coach teams, implement Lean, and deliver complex cross-border programs.

I am a seasoned project management and transformation professional with over 20 years' experience in the financial and trust sectors, leading business change, technology programs and cost-reduction initiatives. I have a strong track record delivering Lean-driven Operational Excellence, building governance, and coaching teams and senior leaders.

I have led programs across international delivery centers, remediation projects (CDD/KYC), transaction monitoring implementations, and major process and digitalisation efforts, consistently exceeding savings targets (example: achieved €3.6M vs. €1.8M target). My roles have included Senior Project Manager, Head of Transformation, Director Continuous Business Improvement and other senior delivery positions.

I combine hands-on program delivery with mentoring and capability building—implementing Lean, establishing dashboards and Obeya rooms, and deploying project tools to ensure sustained improvement and measurable outcomes.
