I’m an operator and transformation executive with 25+ years leading turnarounds, operating model redesign, and large-scale delivery transformations. I consistently bridge strategy, operations, technology, product, and finance to drive measurable business results across financial services, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, and technology-enabled businesses.
In my current role as Managing Partner at Redtail Advisory, I led enterprise delivery transformation for a top-5 bank with a $1.8B technology spend—redesigning the operating model to reduce organizational bloat, improve delivery consistency, support talent retention, and position the platform for M&A scalability. I also restructured the PMO and operating standards for a global VAR, improving reporting accuracy, increasing on-time delivery, and strengthening customer outcomes and NPS, and I supported a healthcare laboratory turnaround by moving the business from unprofitable operations to positive revenue in 6 months.
Previously at Stratascale (an SHI Company), I served as an executive advisor and fractional CXO, delivering more than $100M in client bottom-line impact, building advisory capabilities, and scaling service offerings across TBM/TFM, M&A, and digital twinning/AI. Earlier, at IBM, I directed enterprise transformation programs—defining target-state strategy, establishing roadmaps, and improving execution discipline through operating frameworks, governance, and change management.
