I’m looking to lead enterprise IT transformation for global pharma—owning SaaS and SAP integration programs, portfolio governance, and mission-critical deployments, while partnering with cross-regional teams and strong vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

I’m a senior IT and program management executive with 20+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives for global pharmaceutical organizations, including Sandoz and Novartis. I focus on delivering large-scale SaaS implementations, SAP integrations, and CRM platforms while ensuring technology strategy directly supports business outcomes.

In my roles, I’ve built and scaled mission-critical platforms across multinational teams—delivering the Trulla Direct SaaS ordering platform, and implementing an Esker AI-driven order management platform across US and Canadian pharmaceutical operations. I also led enterprise CRM and Sales Force Automation QA rollout integrating SAP and Pitcher mobile platforms, strengthening compliance and operational control.

At Novartis, I managed global IT portfolio governance and led an enterprise technology retirement program that eliminated redundant technologies and generated $40M in IT cost savings. My impact is recognized through the Novartis President’s Award for Sunshine Act implementation and the Novartis IT Business Solution Implementation Award for the IRMA marketing platform.
