What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy for B2B SaaS products where I can combine UX research, commercial thinking, AI-enabled delivery, and close customer engagement to solve meaningful problems.

At Doctify, I own the client-facing product for specialists and practices, expanding specialist engagement through self-serve onboarding, review themes, and newsfeed experiences.

I consolidated three sign-up and claim journeys across six country tenants, replaced manual Salesforce processes, and built a newsfeed simulator to pressure-test an engagement-based ranking algorithm before engineering investment.

Previously, I led product strategy for Encompass Corporation's KYC automation platform, cutting a 200+ item backlog to the 50 most valuable features and sunsetting 20+ low-value features. I also aligned five agile teams through roadmaps and OKRs, and introduced AI and OCR document extraction.

My product approach is grounded in 14 years of UX design, including leading a UX team and improving design efficiency by 40%. I've also founded SaaS ventures including NappyMap and Tui's Templates, taking products from discovery and validation through launch, pricing, and growth.
