What I'm looking for
I am an experienced administrative professional with 4+ years in client-facing roles. I am currently focused on transitioning into HR.
In my current role as an Academic Administrator I maintain confidential staff records and manage data in Excel. I update modules and exam histories on Blackboard Learn and prepare documentation for exam boards and meetings.
Previously, as an Administrative Assistant I supported recruitment and onboarding, greeted visitors, and coordinated events. Earlier retail roles honed my customer service and sales skills, including exceeding sales targets by 13% and serving 50+ customers weekly.
I am studying CIPD Level 5 to deepen my HR knowledge and I bring strong organisation, communication and attention to detail to a collaborative team.
