I’m seeking an admin/customer-service role where I can apply organisation, customer-relations and scheduling skills in a fast-paced, supportive team with growth into management.

I am a highly organised and approachable administration and customer service professional with strong experience managing office operations, correspondence and maintaining accurate records under pressure and to tight deadlines. I build strong client relationships, resolve queries efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and time management are key.

In my roles I have managed customer communications from initial enquiry through to job completion, handled and resolved customer complaints promptly, overseen job scheduling and progress tracking, and generated new business leads through proactive outreach. I hold Level 2 management training and practical experience in marketing, sales and retail operations that support operational efficiency and team coordination.
