During my time at Redberrry Crown Restaurants LP - Burger King, I served as a Shift Manager, where I supervised and coordinated the activities of staff in food preparation and ensured food service and quality control. I estimated and ordered ingredients and supplies, maintained arrangements with suppliers, and prepared reports. I also addressed customer complaints and concerns and established work schedules. At Tata Starbucks, I worked as a Store Manager, where I focused on maintaining sales and inventory, improving sales through sampling and second service, and following all systems standards to maintain product quality. I also developed and maintained exceptional customer service standards and contributed to CSR activities.
