I'm a creative and hard-working individual with a passion for the arts. I have worked for Starbucks for 12 years, 3 of those in management positions, and I love my job. However, I'm looking for something to pose a new challenge for me and fit in with my lifestyle a bit better. I have a passion for writing, problem-solving, and being a team member. I have some experience with Excel and the rest of the Microsoft suite, as well as in schedule writing and payroll.

I am part of a supervisor team for a local store, I help run the day to day business following deployment principles and a standard shift supervisor approach to the job. I provide in the moment coaching to my team and peers as well as offer them support as needed throughout each day. I maintain inventory excellence by keeping the store organized, doing counts and pulls daily and placing orders.
SCI was promoted internally from Supervisor to Assistant Manager where I navigated change through 4 stores and a pandemic. I learned to adapt to new programs within the company, develop meaningful relationships with my teams as well as hiring and coaching within the stores.
