What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service or bilingual support role where I can get up to speed quickly, use my English and Spanish communication skills, and contribute from day one.

I've supported customers in high-pressure hospitality, cash operations, and administrative environments in Bolivia and the United States. At BB King's Bar & Grill in Times Square, I helped run a packed bar and greeted tourists and locals almost entirely in English; at Tagliatelli Restaurante, I managed daily staff, inventory, and customer service operations.

I've also handled daily driver issues and cash operations at Vías Bolivia and translated technical documents for China Railway Construction Corporation, coordinating communication between Chinese and Bolivian staff.
