What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote international roles where I can partner with founders or senior leaders, strengthen executive and business operations, and build practical systems that improve continuity, accountability and operational control.

I've supported entrepreneurs across hospitality, automotive, HVAC and property management, turning confidential executive priorities and undocumented knowledge into practical, repeatable operating systems. I created a 43-page executive operations and knowledge-transfer manual spanning South Africa, Germany and the USA.

In aviation, I supported airline operations across 450 airports and approximately 1,190 daily flight movements, managing strategic relationships and operational escalations. I also led governance, HR and KPI documentation for two BestDrive franchises, including a 129-page SOP and People’s Manual.
