What I'm looking for

I seek a SaaS onboarding or customer success role where I can lead training, drive adoption, and provide proactive outreach within collaborative, customer-first teams.

I bring 19 years of experience in education administration and project management, now focused on customer success and onboarding for SaaS. I transition to client-facing roles with a strong track record of leading teams and initiatives.
