I'm currently managing the end-to-end member experience at Monday Co-working Space, from first contact and tours through move-in, support, and day-to-day operations.

I work across sales, facilities, and operations to keep a premium coworking space running smoothly. I use Nexudus, PandaDoc, Tradogram, and Mitti to manage member records, contracts, purchase orders, facilities tickets, and incident follow-up.

Previously, I founded and ran a yoga studio, handling bookings, payments, front-desk operations, client communication, and classes independently.

My background also includes support work with migrant women and front-desk roles across international hostels. I bring clear, empathetic communication in Spanish, English, and French to customer onboarding and remote support.
