I am an Information Systems graduate with hands-on experience in cybersecurity, networking, and systems administration. I have worked in corporate and industrial environments providing IT support, systems administration, and helpdesk services.

At OK Zimbabwe Limited I delivered technical support, managed servers, administered backups, and handled system updates while responding to user queries and escalating technical problems effectively.

While at Sable Chemical Industries Ltd I helped secure the company firewall, improved network structure, managed databases and backups, and supported accounting and procurement systems.

I communicate clearly, lead when required, and focus on optimizing IT operations and enhancing system security to support organizational efficiency and resilience.
