I’m seeking a hospitality or operations role where I can lead front-of-house teams, improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, mentor staff, and drive measurable sales and service improvements in a fast-paced environment.

I am an experienced hospitality and operations professional with progressive front-of-house and service coordination experience across high-volume restaurants and field-service environments.

Most recently I led and supported a front-of-house team as a Service Manager, training and coaching servers, hosts, and bussers while driving sales growth, guest satisfaction, and labor management.

Earlier roles in dispatch and field service strengthened my operational skills: I managed scheduling and route planning for field technicians, used scheduling software to reduce missed appointments, and provided real-time troubleshooting and job coordination.

I hold certifications in TABC, ServSafe, and EPA 608, and I bring strong POS and office software skills, a focus on team development, and a track record of improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
