What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer support and process ownership—helping people succeed with clear communication, reliable troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. I want to use my multilingual support skills and tools to create measurable customer impact.

I’m a Student Success Agent focused on guiding international learners through high-stakes processes and clear communication. In my current role at Lingoda, I coordinate with healthcare institutions, authorities, and employment agencies to support organizing knowledge examinations for foreign nursing staff.

Before that, I built strong customer support fundamentals—handling tickets in German and English, resolving customer inquiries, and responding to reviews. I also support technical issues by guiding customers step-by-step, and I’ve worked in second-line logistics support where I coordinate with logistics teams to improve delivery outcomes.

My experience also includes managing operations end-to-end as a Hotel Manager, balancing service quality, marketing, and guest satisfaction. I bring that same ownership mindset to every interaction—whether it’s troubleshooting, ticket resolution, or planning processes—backed by tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, and ERP systems such as SAP and odoo.
