What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced customer operations role where I can lead, coach, and resolve complex orders, disputes, and technical questions—using strong systems skills to keep service, quality, and client satisfaction consistently high.

I bring a broad, hands-on background across administration, sales, finance, logistics, customer service, coaching/instructing, and quality control—built to perform in fast-paced environments. I’m known for quickly thinking through difficult client demands while keeping service levels and accuracy high.

Over my career, I’ve handled customer-facing responsibilities from product and technical support to dispute and sales support. I’ve managed enquiries, orders, and complaints to customer relations; communicated changes across multiple logistic/financial channels; and provided detailed information on new products to solve problems and protect client satisfaction.

I’ve also led and developed people. As a Technical Mentor/Team leader and later through supervising staff in customer service, I coached employees, created and maintained development plans, conducted performance appraisals, recommended training, and encouraged participation in decision making.

Technically, I’m comfortable with database-style work and complex reports, and I’ve used tools including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), RightNow, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and several customer support/systems platforms. I aim to keep operations smooth—coordinating order processes, handling logistics and credit issues, and ensuring consistent quality and service.
