I am a German-native Customer Success and Technical Support specialist with 10+ years' experience across telecom, fintech and online platforms, primarily in remote roles. I guide customers through complex setups, reduce repeat contacts by resolving root causes, and communicate technical topics in simple, patient language.

Recently I have been formally transitioning into Customer Success through structured training (HubSpot Academy, Udemy, Gainsight Pulse) while continuing hands-on technical support work for digital home services and online platforms.
