I’ve led integration efforts on multiple distinct transactions—owning post-deal integration and separation activities with full accountability for vendor management, procurement, and operational readiness. As the integration lead, I manage vendor wind-down and termination strategy, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, run executive status communications, and build tracking systems that improve transparency, timeliness, and on-time execution.
