I’m currently seeking a role in digital media strategy and analytics so I can keep applying my campaign planning, omni-channel execution, and KPI-driven reporting to solve complex marketing strategies.

I’m an accomplished digital media strategist with 18 years of experience in campaign planning, omni-channel execution, marketing analytics, and leading diverse teams in a managerial capacity. I focus on using paid media, strategic planning, content strategy, and programmatic advertising to create measurable growth for partners.

In my current role at enCOMPASS Advertising Agency as a Senior Digital Media Specialist (2015–2025), I supervised multi-channel digital campaigns across Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, and Email for clients in automotive, home services, and other verticals. I developed full-funnel strategies aligned with client goals, from brand awareness to conversions, and served as the in-house expert on digital media strategy.

I routinely create performance reports that highlight key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS—so partners can see impact and growth clearly. I also collaborate with creative and web teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution, and I maintain proficiency with newer approaches like Performance Max, CTV, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads.

I’m driven by continuous improvement and practical collaboration. I organize and moderate regular internal & external meetings to advance awareness of the latest marketing strategies and analytics, and I actively supervise growth by supporting and managing media specialists as needed.
