At IBM, I ran technical programs across learning platforms, UX, and enterprise infrastructure. I launched Watson certification programs that reached 119,000+ learners across 12 courses, and I care about whether a program is adopted—not just shipped.
I rescued the UX workstream of an enterprise Adobe LXP transformation by replacing concept-only boards with interactive Figma prototypes and delivering production-ready designs to engineering within 30 days. I also led a redesign of 35+ ibm.com/training pages for IBM’s annual technology conference.
On IBM’s client lab cloud, I identified and automated a replacement for redundant router VMs, eliminating 700+. I also used search data to guide a redesign that reduced dead-end searches by 26% and increased click-through rate by 7.5 percentage points.
I build AI tools independently, including a RAG course search embedded in Moodle and a Claude-powered job scanner. Before IBM, I owned and operated Alpha & Omega Computers, and I taught IT and networking at Cape Fear Community College.
