What I'm looking for

Open to DevOps, SRE, Sys Admin roles and am curious about technical sales or solutions engineering. I want to help companies ship services and attract more customers. Remote/hybrid preferred (Philadelphia area).

I’ve spent a decade building, operating, and fixing systems across enterprise video infrastructure and smaller web platforms. At Comcast I helped launch and run internet based live and on-demand video pipelines for Xfinity where I deployed thousands of VMs and owned storage servers and a Varnish caching stack as technical lead. At Verizon I stood up experimental video post-production and Video On-Demand systems in an R&D environment. Later work included stabilizing a point of sale SaaS on AWS after staffing rollover, running Atlassian Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket for B2B clients across AWS and Azure, and administering CMS and LMS systems for an e-learning startup.

The through-line is subject matter expertise: I am usually one of the first people called when production is broken or a problem is very complex and needs a deep dive. But I’m just as capable stepping back and working on smaller or unrelated issues; comfortably wearing whatever hat is appropriate in the moment for ever changing business needs. I have always operated this way for as long as I can remember. I currently split my time as a web systems administrator and as an AI trainer evaluating model output on audio, visual, and reasoning tasks. I am quickly working towards finishing a B.S. in Software Engineering at Western Governors University. Outside and at work I use Claude Code and Grok Build heavily for automation, debugging, training and research. I am looking for roles where I can apply myself towards ownership, troubleshooting, and shipping reliable systems.
