At Cisco, I led AI/ML-driven asset management across $465M in DoD contracts. I built a 360° customer asset portal used by 300+ users and evolved recommendations from NLP into a TensorFlow engine for assignment and end-of-life decisions.

I built and scaled Cisco’s engineering organization from one person to 15 specialists, developing the data-analytics platform behind its managed services. The platform gave customers, engineers and leadership near-real-time visibility.

At Zensar Technologies, I built and shipped a cross-platform desktop application so employees on secure machines could query Cisco’s asset database. I’m now rebuilding my independent lab, starting with an MCP server that will support a productivity agent.
