What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my client success, SaaS support, and project management experience to complex customer outcomes, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote or hybrid environment.

I've supported Wealth Management SaaS at Macquarie Group since October 2022, helping clients navigate financial markets, investment products, portfolio management, estate planning, retirement planning, and complex legislation.

I troubleshoot SaaS platform issues, build tailored client relationships, and deliver clear, customer-focused support across multiple channels. I work confidently with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, Notion, and AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Previously at Rizon, I managed end-to-end client services projects, coordinating clients, insurers, contractors, and internal teams while keeping milestones, documentation, appointments, and stakeholder communication on track.

My background also includes client services at Zurich Insurance Group, customer relationship management in credit control, and luxury real-estate photography and videography. I bring calm problem-solving, strong compliance awareness, and a practical focus on improving workflows and client outcomes.
