I have over 10 years of job experience across administrative support, operations, and both B2B and B2C environments. In my most recent role, I worked as a Licensing Administrative Assistant for over 3 years for a U.S.-based insurance agency. I managed agent onboarding, license renewals, license applications, state exam appointments, and Continuing Education enrollment as well as tracking of progress. I maintained accurate agent roster records, ensured the data is up to date by adding new agents and removing inactive agents, and carrier appointment access. I handled and secured confidential documents such as agent Social Security numbers, court documents, and overall agent personal information. These were all executed by utilizing Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), DocuSign, Sircon, and company-specific CRM.
I worked closely with the Head of Carrier Relations by managing a shared inbox, email delegation, collaboration using project management tools primarily Asana, and ensured data are up to date, notes and labels are properly assigned by utilizing the company-specific CRM, and communication through Slack.
