At ResursBank, I redesigned customer login, identity verification, and agreement signing with a risk-based system spanning four Nordic countries. I also analyzed more than 100 real user tasks to research and test new navigation options for the Resurs app.
At AtlasHXM, I led payment design through a major payroll-system migration, keeping core customer flows usable and evolving the design system.
