What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a cross-functional role where I can lead user research through to prototypes, turn insights into practical design solutions, and build inclusive digital services with teams that value clarity, iteration, and real user needs.

I’m a UX, UI, and Product designer with a background in education and nine years of experience working in people-centered and complex environments. I design digital services and products by translating user insights into concrete, usable solutions.

I work end-to-end with user research, concept development, and prototyping—then help teams align through facilitation and cross-functional collaboration. My experience has strengthened my ability to understand behaviors, navigate different perspectives, and turn findings into clear design directions.

In client work, I’ve led UX processes from research to concept development (including an app concept for gambling addiction support), created UX strategy for customer growth (starter kits, a refill system, and a loyalty program), and designed and iterated a digital dialogue tool to support anonymity, accessibility, and participation. I thrive in cross-functional teams where user needs drive the roadmap.
