What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead UX research and design in cross-functional teams, drive evidence-based product decisions, mentor colleagues, and work on regulated or technical products with opportunities for impact and innovation.

I am a senior UX researcher and designer with a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction and deep domain expertise in human factors, ergonomics, and usability for complex technical products.

I have led and coordinated global, cross-functional product teams to deliver research-driven UX outcomes for laboratory instruments and mobile imaging software, contributing to patent applications and product innovation.

My hands-on skills span mixed-methods user research, lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping, remote and in-person usability testing, and creating UX specifications, metrics and internal knowledge bases to improve UX practice across organizations.

I enjoy mentoring teams, improving UX workflows, and applying analytic problem solving with tools like R, Matlab, Figma and Python to ensure evidence-based design decisions that meet both functional and emotional user needs.
