What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead program design and operations that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution—building playbooks, scalable workflows, and event/community systems that improve logistics, align stakeholders, and make strong work repeatable.

I’ve spent 10+ years designing and running programs across events, community, customer engagement, and operations—turning fast-moving initiatives into clear playbooks, workflows, and centralized processes teams can actually use.

Across SaaS, fintech, real estate investing, hospitality, and community-driven companies, I’ve led conferences, roadshows, executive experiences, and customer programs across 15+ markets, focusing on logistics, stakeholder alignment, and repeatable execution. I enjoy stepping into the “messy middle” to clarify what’s not working and make strong work easier to repeat.
