I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my knowledge, gain experience, and contribute value to an organization focused on growth and innovation. I hope to take on new challenges and grow within the business world.

At Walmart Startek, I handled customer calls, responded to inquiries about services and processes, and recorded cases using company systems and tools.

I'm nearing graduation in Business Administration at USAP (Universidad de San Pedro Sula), with a focus on Business Management, Analysis, and Commercial Development. My relevant coursework includes marketing tools and organizational psychology.
