My role at Restoran 035 allowed me to welcome guests, take reservations, and organize tables, which strengthened my interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Currently, I am working at TaskUS, where I handle customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring user satisfaction and resolving technical issues. I thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings and am committed to improving support procedures through collaboration. My ongoing education in German language and literature at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš, reflects my dedication to language and communication.
