What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or international roles where I can improve customer experience, lead support operations, solve complex client issues, and contribute commercial insight in a multicultural environment.

At ML Collective Inc., I led customer support across three international e-commerce brands, coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and management teams to resolve issues end-to-end. I transitioned support from an external agency to an in-house team and built a more personalized communication standard adopted by the wider team.

I use customer interaction patterns to reduce churn, recover at-risk revenue, and turn recurring issues into practical process improvements.
