I am a bilingual HR administrator with hands-on experience managing recruitment and onboarding for hourly workforces. I focus on creating clear, compliant processes that help teams scale efficiently.

In my current role I manage recruitment and onboarding for 200 employees, develop SOPs and bilingual visual onboarding materials, and maintain compliance through thorough I-9 audits. I apply 5S methodology to organize employee files and have implemented process improvements that reduce errors and speed retrieval. I am experienced with ADP and Workday and support payroll and HRIS operations.

Previously, as an HR Assistant, I supported full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles such as CDL drivers, handling MVR reviews, Clearinghouse and PSP checks, background screenings, and drug testing. I regularly translate confidential conversations and localize policies and job descriptions into Spanish to ensure equitable access for non-English-speaking staff. I lead employee training, collaborate with leadership on employee relations, and prioritize a respectful, safe work environment.

I am pursuing the HRCI Associate Professional in Human Resources certification (projected October 2025) to deepen my HR expertise. I am eager to join a team where I can contribute bilingual communication, compliance rigor, and continuous process improvement.
