What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can support employees across the full employment lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve HR processes, and continue developing toward HR business partner responsibilities.

At Dassault Systèmes, I manage HR People Value Services across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Colombia. I support employees throughout onboarding and offboarding, draft offer letters, coordinate background checks and I-9 verification, lead weekly new-hire orientations, and maintain accurate HRIS records.

I've also partnered with talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, and other HR stakeholders on employee communications, leave requests, tuition reimbursements, and global HR projects. I bring a Business Administration degree focused in Human Resources, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and experience supporting people in fast-paced environments.
