I'm seeking remote opportunities in AI training and evaluation, content operations, trust & safety, customer support, virtual assistance, and e-commerce operations. I'm particularly interested in roles where research, critical thinking, digital tools, AI-assisted workflows, and customer communication are valued. I’m an adaptable professional based in Portugal with experience in customer support, emergency response, international passenger assistance and digital commerce.

My background has taught me how to communicate clearly with people from different cultures, work responsibly in high-pressure situations, manage information accurately and adapt quickly to new environments.

Alongside my professional experience, I have developed hands-on skills in e-commerce, online marketplaces, digital content and AI-assisted workflows. I regularly work with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Shopify and Visual Studio Code, and I enjoy independently exploring new technologies and improving the way I work.
