At Zing, I architect production AI applications that connect conversational interfaces with structured business data and enterprise APIs. I designed LLM agents with retrieval, policy-based routing, tool invocation, and human approval for sensitive operations.

I built reusable RAG pipelines with document ingestion, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and citations, and established observability for retrieval quality, model responses, token usage, and latency. I also delivered AI-supported real estate and education platforms, alongside fulfillment workflows supporting approximately 2,000–3,000 orders daily.

Before Zing, I delivered cloud-native SaaS backends at GlobalTek and developed SaaS applications at Techificent. Across these roles, I worked on secure APIs, AWS deployments, and reliable data processing, and contributed to architecture reviews, production troubleshooting, and engineering mentorship.
