At Zing, I architect production AI applications that connect conversational interfaces with business data and enterprise APIs. I designed LLM agent systems with retrieval, policy-based routing, tool invocation, and human approval for sensitive operations.

I built reusable RAG pipelines with document ingestion, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and citations, using LangChain and LlamaIndex. I also established observability to track retrieval quality, model responses, token usage, and latency.

Before Zing, I delivered multi-tenant SaaS backends and cloud-native services at GlobalTek, Techiﬁcent, and Rubik’s Solution. My work has included an AI-supported real estate platform, an AI-enabled education platform, and fulfillment workflows supporting approximately 2,000–3,000 orders daily.
