I’m a Business Administration graduate with a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Organization and 7+ years of experience across Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, and operations.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed B2B client portfolios from onboarding through resolution, built long-term client relationships, handled complex issues, and coordinated closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving. I’ve managed portfolios of up to 50 active accounts and worked directly with international clients, particularly across the US and Spanish markets.

My experience includes client onboarding, retention, cross-selling, proactive communication, issue resolution, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination. I’m comfortable working independently in remote environments and using CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Oracle NetSuite.

I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, and Operations where I can combine my client-facing experience, organizational skills, and ability to build strong professional relationships. I also enjoy learning and exploring how AI and new technologies can improve the way teams work and serve their customers.
