What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing account, onboarding, customer success, or operations role where I can manage B2B relationships, improve retention, resolve complex issues, and coordinate teams to deliver value for clients.

I've managed B2B client portfolios, onboarding, retention, and complex transactions across multinational, English-speaking environments. At Lanyard, I owned 10–15 international corporate accounts end-to-end, built a referral partnership that generated inbound clients, and resolved a high-complexity operational and contractual case under tight deadlines.

At Skyline Solar and Teleperformance, I managed up to 50 active accounts, coordinated solar-energy contract transfers, and supported retention and cross-selling for corporate banking clients. I use Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle NetSuite, and other CRM/ERP tools to keep clients informed, resolve issues, and drive long-term value.
